Untreated: Elesso's reclaimed natural teak hardwood is carefully selected by Tricolordeer, untreated and unfinished, finely sanded to a smooth surface
Natural Variation: Natural variations in color and grain give each piece of wood a unique character
Natural Imperfections: May have small cracks, knots, seam lines, etc. that add character to the piece and do not affect quality or performance
Natural Protection: Teak Hardwood Contains natural oils to repel insects, prevent dryness and moisture, resist fungal decay, decay and warping caused by temperature or humidity
Weathering effect: The warm golden color of natural teak will fade to a silvery gray sheen over time, especially in the sun, which will accelerate weathering

After receiving the goods, if there is any quality problem, we provide 30 natural days free return and exchange service.

Please take photos or videos as evidence and contact customer service to deal with it.

Returns for personal reasons other than quality problems require payment of shipping costs to deliver the goods to the designated address provided by us.

We will give you a refund after deducting the production cost and the cost of shipping our first shipment to you. (the production cost is usually 25% of the order amount).
