Installation & Technical Notes
- Ceiling Requirements: Must be installed on solid cement concrete or solid wood beams supporting over 20 kg with a minimum beam width of 6 cm. Cannot be installed on prefabricated ceilings, joists with gypsum board, or wood panels (to prevent noise and wobbling issues). Sloped ceiling installation requires the downrod version and specific accessories.
- Blade Assembly: Always attach gaskets when installing the leaves to protect the motor copper wire from damage.
- Wall Switch Compatibility: Standard home wall switches are not compatible with the internal receiver. To use a wall switch instead of the included remote, pair strictly with our specialized Wireless Wall Switch.
