• Professional Installation: Hardwired ceiling install required. Please use a licensed electrician, especially for multi-strip configurations requiring junction box upgrades or ceiling reinforcement.
• Junction Box Weight Rating: Confirm your ceiling junction box supports the fixture weight: up to 15 lbs works with a standard residential junction box; 16-30 lbs recommends a fan-rated junction box; 31+ lbs requires a heavy-duty fan-rated or chandelier-rated junction box.
• Hanging Height: For dining rooms, position the bottom 30-36 inches (30-36") above the table surface. For grand foyers or stairwells, hang the bottom 7-8 feet (7-8 ft) above the floor in walkways. Longer strips work best with 10ft+ ceilings.
• Room Sizing Recommendations: For dining rooms with 8-9 ft ceilings, start with 1-2 strips and 36-58 heads total. For grand foyers with 10+ ft ceilings, consider 3-4 strips and 50-104 heads.
