● Made of steel and hand-blown glass, the chandelier comes with 14 to 24 glass balls, each of which can hold 4W E12 LED bulbs (bulb included) and is compatible with dimmer switches

● Suitable for installation in vaulted ceilings, with adjustable extension rods (sold separately), the length can be customized

● The voltage is 110-120V, meets US standards, is suitable for the US and Canadian markets, and is certified by UL Dry Environment Electrical for use in indoor dry areas

● Each piece is unique because of the nature of the hand-blown glass, and there may be up to 1 inch of glass accumulation at the bottom of the glass sphere

● Professional installation by a licensed electrician is required, and assembly is not included in delivery service

● Chandeliers weighing more than 50 pounds require additional ceiling support

● When cleaning, please use a soft dry cloth and avoid cleaning agents and abrasives to prevent surface damage

After receiving the goods, if there is any quality problem, we provide 30 natural days free return and exchange service.

Returns for personal reasons other than quality problems require payment of shipping costs to deliver the goods to the designated address provided by us.

We will give you a refund after deducting the production cost and the cost of shipping our first shipment to you. (the production cost is usually 25% of the order amount).
